wow! i'm touched..and at long last, i will meet ate ems, kuya jun and kids.
he met ate emily in a store that is just a few blocks away from their flat. he noticed that she is a filipina and since there are no other customers inside the store (surprisingly!), he comfortably initiated a small talk as he pays for the soda, "pinay ka noh?"....the conversation ended up by ate ems getting his mobile number and inviting him over to their bs on saturdays. since then, he attends it regularly..they welcomed and invited him to every activity of the group and even to family gatherings. "para talaga akong part na ng family." kuya jun and ate ems also asked him to be camille and caloy's ninong during their dedication. "sila ung una kong mga inaanak dito sa oz."
after hearing his meeting with ate ems and all the stories about her family's kindness to him, i thanked god for giving him a family away from home. sabi ko kay god "....'tay i'd like to meet them someday."
